Hello,
vBilling.Net (Our Billing System) used for Eastside-Hosting and ShoutcastPRO recently had an expired SSL (Secured Socket Layer) or also known as https:// - If you have paid by Credit Card and the invoice says 'Unpaid' then this is the cause as an properly working SSL is required to make a response to the billing system.
It took awhile with our SSL company to get things sorted and now resolved and the SSL is in proper working order.
